Abdominal liposuction for a 25-year-old patient with minimal skin laxity
The patient was 25 years old, 153 cm tall and weighed 53.2 kg, with a BMI of 23.
Liposuction was performed on the full abdomen, under-breast area, waist and lower back. The treatment was designed as a continuous 360-degree contour.
Because skin elasticity and recovery differ between patients, treatment suitability must be assessed during consultation.

The abdomen, under-breast area, waist and lower back were marked as one continuous treatment area.
Approximately 3,000 cc was removed. The upper-abdominal measurement was 73.5 cm and the lower-abdominal measurement was 86 cm before surgery.

The upper abdomen decreased from 73.5 cm to 64.5 cm, while the lower abdomen decreased from 86 cm to 70 cm.
This represents a 9 cm reduction above the navel and a 16 cm reduction in the lower abdomen.

Liposuction involves more than removing volume. The treated layers and cannula movement must be carefully controlled to create a smooth surface.
